Mate?
A:
Hardware requirement
To ensure adequate performance, make sure
that the computer on which you will install Web Gallery Mate
meets the following requirements:
- Pentium III 550 or higher central processing unit (CPU).
Pentium IV 1.6G recommended.
- Minimum 64 megabytes of RAM.
128 megabytes of RAM (or more) recommended.
- Minimum 1 GB of disk space. More space might be needed
when handling more images and/or higher speed is desired.
Note:
If you are going to manage lots of images, please reserve more
disk space.
Certain functions of Web Gallery Mate require higher CPU usage,
so faster CPU means better performance.
Software requirement
Web Gallery Mate runs on Windows platform.
- Operating System
Microsoft Windows 2000/XP.
(Web Gallery Mate has not been tested on Windows NT or Windows
98. We do not guarantee it will work well under those operation
systems.)
- Internet browser
Microsoft Internet Explore 5.0 or higher.
Note:
The requirement of using IE 5.0+ is essential for the normal
operation of Web Gallery Mate. However, web pages generated
by Web Gallery Mate do not have such requirement to be viewed.
- Q: Why Web Gallery Mate doesn't work after
installation?
A: The main reasons for this problem are:
(1) Free disk space is not enough, so the installation fails.
Please make sure there is enough free disk space before you
install Web Gallery Mate.
(2) Physical damage of the installation file. This could happen
when downloading the file. Please download the install file
again and reinstall it.
(3) Other reasons. If you can't find any way to solve the problem,
